in South Burlington, VT houses the administrative staff of New England's largest commercial construction company. The building has room for company vehicle maintenance and repair.

In 1988 Chris Alley was hired to be the in house designer for the construction dept of the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, California. This special place was about to celebrate their 100 year anniversary with a year long celebration. Chris designed and oversaw renovation of shops, restaurants, and rooms in preparation for the festivities.
